Steve and I put an offer on a house today, AND IT WAS ACCEPTED! We now begin the inspection process and as long as everything goes smoothly, we will close on May 4 or 5. SO EXCITED!!!

Fantastic! Jim and I close on April 23rd. We'll have to trade wacky stories of first time homeownership.
Good luck on the inspection. Don't forget, they only tell you about the bad stuff, so don't let it get you down. A couple backwards outlets are nothing to fret over.
